Simply Outstanding

My late mother-in-law had a small flat in Belsize Park that was let to numerous tenants over a 10 year period through Frank at Naylius McKenzie. Thanks to Frank’s efficiency not a single days’ rent was lost during that period and each tenancy changeover was seamless. When my mother-in-law sadly passed away Frank managed the termination of the tenancy and Josephine the owner of Naylius McKenzie then took over to manage the sale of the flat. Josephine not only found a buyer in a difficult market but organised some repairs, had all the furniture removed, liaised with the solicitors acting on the sale and provided all the paperwork needed for tax returns and probate forms. The service provided by Naylius McKenzie was simply outstanding and more, it was a personal service as I felt that both Frank and Josephine truly cared about their client. Josephine the owner of Naylius McKenzie helped sell my 4 bedroom flat in Antrim Mansions and found me a smaller flat, in Eton Rise. She knew exactly what I needed and got me exactly what I wanted. She was extremely efficient, competent and friendly. I got the feeling I was helped by a good friend. Arranging meetings with a solicitor, the head porter of the block, and viewing flats were all done in a short time. There were daily phone calls from her, to keep me informed and finding out about what I wanted or needed to do. I completely trust her. I could not have wanted a better representative. If I want or need to move again Josephine will be the only one I contact.
