FEES THAT APPLY TO LANDLORDS

Naylius McKenzie unlike the majority of other estate agents do NOT charge our landlords, additional fees for producing the contract, and we do not charge adminstration fees. 

COMMISSION FEES:

Please note that we are required to display our fees to include VAT, so that you know how much you will be paying us.

Let only 10% plus VAT, (= 12% inclusive of VAT) of annual rent

Let and rent collection 13% plus VAT, (= 15% inclusive of VAT) of annual rent

Let and management 16% plus VAT, (= 18% inclusive of VAT) of annual rent

INVENTORY FEES: We use an independent company to carry out the inventories.

From 1^st June 2019, the landlord pays for the check-in and check-out inventory.

GAS SAFTEY CHECK

Gas safety check cost £138 including VAT
